Provider Guide

Life is wonderful and we want you to use your time to do the things you love. Use our extensive database to easily search for registered NDIS providers in your area.

Your plan is reviewed periodically — usually every 12 months — to check it still meets your needs. Treat it as an opportunity, not a test.

Reflect on the past year

What worked? What did not? Which goals did you make progress on, and where did you need more support than your plan allowed?

Gather updated evidence

Fresh reports from your therapists and providers carry weight, especially if your needs have changed. Progress notes can demonstrate the value of your supports.

Set new goals

Think about where you want to be in the next 12 months. Clear, specific goals help justify the funding you are asking for.

If you use a support coordinator, ask them to help you prepare a report ahead of the review.
